I agree in principle with what Yoder is saying, but the danger is that if people take that defeatest approach they will fail to take action when they really can do something. I strongly believe that Christian Peacemaker Teams gives us an opportunity to accomplish what war purports to accomplish without violence, but CPT only operates under conditions where it believes it can be effective.
